At CA-SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium silk garments. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the silk items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all luxury tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely seal your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned silk, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
